We are seeking a full-time Laboratory Assistant to join our Analytical Sciences Department in Branford, Connecticut.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Tracking and maintaining the inventory of general laboratory supplies
- Cleaning laboratory glassware
- Performing laboratory support activities such as weighing chemicals for experiments
- Providing general support for facilities and laboratory operations at two Branford, CT sites
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in a chemical laboratory environment
- Self-motivated team player with good attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis for any employer without the need for sponsorship
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster shot(s), if eligible
