Dr. Patrick Kelleher, presented a poster entitled “Predictive Accelerated Stability Modeling of Probiotics Using ASAPprime®” at the Probiota Americas conference, developed in partnership with Amber Marty from International Flavors & Fragrances, and Andrzej Benkowski of Eurofins Microbiology Laboratories.
The poster showcased the successful application of a three-week ASAP study, accurately predicting the long-term stability of two probiotic products. This study demonstrates the efficiency and value of using ASAPprime® for stability modeling. Dr. Kelleher’s poster sparked meaningful discussions among both experienced and new ASAP users and showcased the achievements possible through the collaborative efforts of FreeThink Technologies, International Flavors & Fragrances, and Eurofins.
